Our precious 'Doll' wife, mother, grandmother and great-grand- mother, age 87, passed away peacefully in her home in South Salt Lake, with her loving husband, LeRoyce by her side. She was born on June 14, 1923 in Midvale to Clarence and Esther

married LeRoyce Comes on August 9, 1945, in the LDS Logan Temple.

Mary graduated from Jordan High School and was a very beautiful seamstress with the training she acquired. She enjoyed spending time in the canyons with her family, reading books and was a very frugal shopper. Mom loved to shop for clothes and shoes. Through all Mom's many trials, she never complained and had great patience and endurance. Mom always had a listening ear and was willing to sacrifice her time, especially for her family.

She is survived by: her husband, LeRoyce; son, Val (Pati) Comes; daughters, Vicky (Mark) Hodgson, LeAnn (David) Jenkins; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and sister, Jeanine (Wyatt) Miles.

She was preceded in death by; son, Gill; and two grandsons, Craig Comes and David Hodgson.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 South Memory Lane. Friends may call at the Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 South Highland Drive from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
